Why can't I view prices?
We only allow approved trade customers to view product prices.
Why can't I see Loop products?
If you can't view Loop products then your account hasn't been approved to purchase Loop. This is due to another shop nearby selling Loop. If you think this is incorrect please contact us.
Why can't I see Kobra Products?
If you can't view Kobra products then your account hasn't been approved to purchase Kobra. This is due to another shop nearby selling Kobra. If you think this is incorrect please contact us.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
You can track the status of your order and get an estimated delivery time by checking the tracking link provided in the "Your order is on the way" email. Remember to look in spam/junk for an email from "JAM Distribution" if you haven't received the order confirmation. To better assist you, kindly provide the order number.
Why hasn't my order been delivered yet?
